DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for SIG P227 Full Size 4.4" .45ACP

The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol. 

The system includes 2 spring plugs and 2 different external springs.

The spring plug must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.

Power Rates:

Slide on the battery (idle position)

  • Short Spring: 3.7 kgs / 8.15lbs
  • Long Spring: 4.2 kgs / 9.25 lbs

Slide full open position

  • Short Plug: Total force: 8.5 kgs / 18.7 lbs (approx.)
  • Long Plug: Total force: 11.5 kgs / 25.3 lbs (approx.)
