The brand new DPM kit for SIG P320 AXG LEGION is a direct replacement of the factory guide rod.
The longer spring (more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter spring. The plugs because of the different length change the total force of the recoil system (slide full open position).
The spring plug must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.
Power Rates:
Slide on the battery (idle position)
- Short spring: 7 lbs
- Medium spring: 8lbs
- Long Spring: 9lbs
Total power (slide full open position)
- Short Plug: 14lbs approx.
- Medium Plug: 17 lbs approx.
- Long Plug: 20lbs approx.
