DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System Springfield XD Tactical 5" .45ACP
The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol.
This system works due to the multi spring intricate rod (three springs) and controls the functionality of the pistol. The third spring which is contained within the rod controls the movement of the slide so it never rams on the frame.
The system includes 2 Spring Plugs and 2 different external springs.
The Spring Plug must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.

- Short Spring: 9 lbs
- Long Spring: 11 lbs
Slide full open position Total Power
- Short Plug: 22 lbs (approx.)
- Long Plug: 26 lbs (approx.)
